This Volkswagen scirocco came in to us for major work to be done. It started life as a 2.0tdi and now has been transformed into r32 turbo 4wd. Anyone that knows about these engines will know that once turbocharged they produce a massive amount of power.

A complete turbo setup was fabricated by us, we also made a complete exhaust system, coolant pipework and many other parts for this conversion to work perfectly.

Nissan micra complete exhaust system fabricated.

1.5” 4-1 manifold into a 2” straight through system into a single silencer.

R32 skyline aluminium bulkhead fabricated and fitted.

This 1970s Lincoln continental came into us for a new exhaust system to be fabricated.

Complete 2.5” system from the headers with one centre silencer maintaining the original fitment and look of the original system.

This 2014 mercedes c63 AMG was in last week for a full 3” exhaust system.

It was a bit of a task due to the material sizes in certain areas but we pulled it off.

Also sound controlled by two vacuum assisted valves to damper the noise.
