2016 Mercedes C200 in with Adblue issues.

400 miles until no start and fault codes relating to an Adblue system fault.

These systems can be very costly to repair, and so the customer opted for me to carry out an Adblue solution.

This is a permanent resolve, and the vehicle can be used as normal without the worry of shutting down.

A 2017 Focus RS was in last week. Unfortunately, the owner caught a small pole sticking out of the ground, and it went through the lower bumper grill, causing damage to both the intercooler and the AC condenser, losing all the gas. And very luckily, it didn't take out the radiator with it.

I sourced a new genuine condenser from Ford and the customer got hold of a good second hand intercooler and bumper grill.

Got it all back together, checked for leaks and regassed the AC. 😉💪

Definitely seeing a few A/C leaks lately. This time, a damaged condenser on a Nissan Juke.

Without the bumper, it looks like a Transformer halfway through its transition, lol.

2018 Vauxhall Grandland X

These PSA-based vehicles commonly have AdBlue issues, which can be quite costly to repair.

The customer chose the more cost-effective route and opted for an AdBlue solution, thus permanently removing any further AdBlue issues.

The customer can now go about their business, and use the vehicle as normal 😉

Mk2 Ford KA in having a replacement A/C Condenser.

The old one had definitely seen better days .

Now repaired and refilled with new refrigerant, it's keeping the owner nice and cool 👍

2003 Vauxhall Astra G in for some TLC.

A/C condenser had a leak, and customer wanted it replaced ahead of the next heatwave🔥

Now the system is leak free and topped up with new Refrigerant (r134a) , the temp coming through the air vents is a cool 8°.

Not bad for a car 23 years old 💪

BMW M2 in recently for a health check, as the owner is off to the Nurburgring soon.

Unfortunately, I found a leaking oil cooler pipe.

A replacement pipe was sourced from BMW and fitted to the vehicle, along with some fresh Castrol Edge oil and a new oil filter.

He can now safely make his trip to the Ring for some laps 💪
