2015 Mercedes CLA
Non start

We test battery and it was flat so we jumped started the vehicle and did a charging test which was good But after 20 mins of running the engine we did a battery health test which showed it had 11 % health .
We started up it which started up first time.
We advised customer that it time to replace the battery.

Customer asked me to come out and check there car over.
We noticed a rattling noise coming from the timing chain cover.
3 other mechanics as come out and said it the timing chain death rattle but customer didnt think it wud be this being a newish car what done low mileage.
So they wanted another opinion.

We came back with a new drive belt which snapped on the customer at the weekend.

We fitted a new belt and did a battery and charging test.

2006 Vw Transporter camper

We came back today to fit a new starter motor after the customer broke down.

We fitted new starter motor and now its starts up first time .

We fitted new led side light bulbs and fitted front bumper beacon lights.
After the signage gets done we gonna put some flashing lights on the back.
We already prep the wiring already.

2004 Citroen Relay camper van
Non start

This vehicle been stood for 2 years and wanted starting again so it can go to get the inside refurbished again.

We checked the oil level which had some oil in the sump.

We bled the fuel system and put some power to the battery
We got fuel out of the fuel pipe what goes from fuel rail to the injectors except for one it very dry.
The van will start up but only on easy start for about 5 seconds.
This vehicle will need more investigating and testing.
We got our friends from M6 Recoverys to come and take to the camper garage who gonna build the inside .
While its in the garage hopefully they will do some welding to the sills.

We found the drive belt snapped
We checked all the pulleys to make sure nothing was siezed or broke.
