🔹 Class 4 — Cars, taxis, private hire vehicles, motor caravans, ambulances, dual-purpose vehicles and light goods vehicles up to 3,000kg
🔹 Class 5 — Private passenger vehicles with 13-16 seats, minibuses, ambulances and larger passenger-carrying vehicles
🔹 Class 7 — Goods vehicles and vans between 3,000kg and 3,500kg
