Rather than simply carrying out the routine maintenance, we’ll also be getting to the bottom of the noise while the vehicle is with us — making sure any developing issues are identified before it heads back out on the road.

From classic Land Rovers to the very latest models, having the right diagnostic equipment makes all the difference.
This week we had the pleasure of welcoming Izzy Hammond L322 Range Rover.
It arrived with the Body Control Module stuck in Transport Mode, causing issues including the windscreen wipers not operating correctly and affecting other vehicle functions.

With manufacturer-level diagnostic equipment covering Land Rover and Jaguar models of all ages, we were able to identify the fault, remove the vehicle from Transport Mode and get everything working as it should.

Whether you own a classic Defender, an L322 Range Rover or the latest JLR models, we’ve invested in the specialist tools and equipment needed to diagnose and repair them correctly.

Forty-three years apart, but the same values remain.

Pete is holding the very first sign from when the business began over 40 years ago. Standing beneath our current workshop sign alongside Alex, it’s a reminder of just how far Dinedor Cross Garage has come.

What started as a small family business has grown into the workshop you see today, but we’ve never lost sight of what matters most: looking after our customers, taking pride in our work, and continuing to invest in the future while staying true to our roots.

From one generation to the next, we’re incredibly proud of what has been built over the last 43 years. None of it would have been possible without the support of our loyal customers, dedicated team, family and friends who have been part of the journey.

Here’s to celebrating 43 years in business, and to many more to come.

We popped up to the Classic Car Show at today.
Managed to see this lovely series 1 that had just had the gearbox rebuilt by Peter, just in time for him to go on his Holiday!
It was a lovely but very warm afternoon out!

Another exciting Defender 110 has arrived in the workshop.

This one is destined for a new life on the beaches of Portugal, but first it has a long transformation ahead.

The build includes:
Left-hand drive conversion
New Richards Chassis galvanised bulkhead
Canvas roof conversion with split doors
Complete respray
Full interior reupholstery

It’s going to be a completely different vehicle by the time it leaves us.

Follow along as we document every stage of the build from start to finish. There are plenty of exciting updates still to come.
