Just two days to go until Cars & Caffeine returns to Pilgrim V8.

Join us this Saturday 29 August for a relaxed morning of great cars, fresh coffee and plenty of conversation here at the Pilgrim V8 workshop.

Bring your own car along, meet fellow enthusiasts, have a look around our workshop and facilities, browse the cars currently in the showroom and get a closer look at some of the restoration and build projects we have underway.

A new recommissioning project is underway at Pilgrim V8.

Over the next few months, Scott and the team will be working through this BMW 635 CSi, bringing it carefully back up to standard and documenting the process as we go.

The work will focus mainly on the mechanical side, including areas such as the brakes and a set of tyres that are around 40 years old, alongside selected bodywork where needed.

We’ll be sharing shorter progress updates here on Instagram, while the full journey will be documented in a longer video on our YouTube channel.

A great example of the sort of recommissioning, servicing and restoration work we undertake across American and European classics here at Pilgrim V8.

Newly in at Pilgrim V8, and this is a proper standout American classic.

This 1982 Chevrolet Corvette C3 Collector’s Edition marks the final year of the iconic C3 generation, finished in factory-exclusive Silver Beige Metallic with the matching Collector’s Edition interior.

It is an exceptionally original example, retaining its original paintwork, original trim and numbers-matching 5.7-litre Cross-Fire Injection V8. With 77,000 documented miles, extensive provenance and original warranty documents, it has the kind of history and authenticity that is becoming increasingly difficult to find.

The Collector’s Edition details make this car even more special, including bronze-tinted T-Top roof panels, turbine alloy wheels, special badging and the opening rear glass hatch.

A rare, highly original and beautifully preserved Corvette that stands out for all the right reasons.

A rare Corvette with a serious extra bite.

Now available at Pilgrim V8, this 2003 Chevrolet Corvette C5 Convertible is a 50th Anniversary Edition, finished in Metallic Anniversary Red with a Shale roof and matching Shale leather interior.

One of just 247 European specification models produced, this is already a special example. Add in the Paxton supercharger, 5.7L LS1 V8 and 560BHP, and it becomes something very different indeed.

With 63,000 miles, just two owners from new, stamped service history, extensive paperwork, MOT until March 2027 and the private plate “C5 HOT” included, it is a beautifully presented and well-documented car.

Smooth when you want it to be, properly lively when you ask more of it.
