NOTICE FROM DVSA
re the new low speed environment in Penzance. Just like Bodmin, we are treating all the crossings like a pedestrian crossing so we would expect cars to stop if somebody is waiting to cross. I hope that should make it clear so that all ADI’s are aware! THIS IS FOR ALL DRIVERS DRIVING THE AREA.
