📅 A useful one for learners before Monday morning.

DVSA confirms the next new batch of driving tests will be released at 6am on Monday 7 September.

Those tests are for the week beginning 15 February 2027.

The important distinction is this:
The Monday 6am release is for new appointments 24 weeks ahead.

Earlier cancellations can appear at any time during the week when somebody cancels, moves a test or DVSA adds extra examiner availability.

There is also no general cancellation waiting list and DVSA customer services cannot magically create you an earlier appointment.

One final reminder from me.

Finding the test is only one job.

Being ready for it is the considerably more important one.
