We’re back from Scotland and business is now back to our normal opening hours.

A huge thank you to everyone for your support and patience while we’ve been away. We worked hard yesterday to catch up and get everyone’s orders packed and on their way.

The past three weeks have been manic. The ups and downs of running a busy business while taking on a 215-mile ultra running event in Scotland have definitely pushed the boundaries of life, but it was absolutely worth it.

As a family-run business, it can sometimes be difficult juggling everything at once. There are never enough hours in the day, and running a growing business alongside family life and everything else we take on certainly has its challenges.

But one thing never changes: our determination to keep moving forward.

Thomas Touring continues to grow from strength to strength. We’re constantly expanding our range, improving what we do and working hard behind the scenes to provide the best possible service to our customers.

We’re excited about where the business is heading and have plenty more planned for the future.

It’s great to be back, and we’re looking forward to seeing you all again soon.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Thomas Touring so far in 2026. Whether you’ve placed an order, visited us, recommended us or simply followed what we’re doing, it really is appreciated.

I can't believe it was a week ago yesterday that I stood on the start line of Race Across Scotland 215. 🏴🏃‍♂️

What an incredible experience it was. There were highs, lows, amazing scenery, brilliant people and memories that will stay with me forever.

Tomorrow, it's back to normal at Thomas Touring! 🚐

Online ordering and dispatches will be back to normal, and I'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone for your patience while we were away, and for all of the messages, support and encouragement. It genuinely meant a lot to me and my family.

We're working hard to get all outstanding orders dispatched as quickly as possible, and we really appreciate your understanding.

I'm already looking ahead to my next challenge in October, so keep following our page if you'd like to see what I'm getting myself into next!

Race Number: 165 🏃‍♂️

Well... this is it.

Tomorrow morning at 6am, I set off on the GB Ultras Scotland 215 – 215 miles across Scotland.

Firstly, I just want to say a massive thank you to all of our Thomas Touring customers for your patience while we're away. Being a small family business means that challenges like this affect the business too, and I genuinely appreciate your understanding.

People often ask me why I put myself through these events. The simple answer is that I love pushing myself to see what I'm capable of. Every challenge teaches me something new about myself, and I come away stronger than when I started.

This one, though, is much more personal.

I'm running in memory of my mum, who we lost two years ago to mesothelioma. Every mile I cover is for her, and she'll be with me every step of the way.

Thank you to everyone who's wished me luck, sent messages of support, and continued to support Thomas Touring. It really does mean a lot to me and my family.

Right... time to stop talking and start running.

Race Number 165. Scotland, I'm ready. 💚

As many of you know, on Saturday 8th August at 6:00am, I'll be taking on the GB Ultras Scotland 215 – a 215-mile ultra marathon with a 100-hour cut-off, aiming to reach the finish line by Wednesday 12th August at 10:00am.

Because I'll be away for the event, Wednesday 5th August will be our last day for collections and order dispatch before we head to Scotland.

We'd like to say a huge thank you to every one of our customers for your continued support over the past 5 years. Whether you've ordered once or many times, you've helped Thomas Touring grow into the business it is today, and we genuinely appreciate every order.

We'll be back to dispatch all outstanding orders from Monday 17th August. As a thank you for your patience, all orders will be upgraded to 24-hour tracked delivery at no extra cost.

We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding while we take on this very special challenge.

Think Sundays are for relaxing? Not in the Thomas Touring Family!

Our Sunday started by packaging up a batch of new orders ready for tomorrow's Royal Mail collection.

We then managed to sneak in a 6-mile hike around Penrose, Helston to recharge before heading back to the shop for more parcel packing.

Now it's over to Brandon, who's carrying on getting even more orders ready for dispatch.

As a family business, the work doesn't stop, but we wouldn't have it any other way.
