Service Advisor/ office manager
The Role -As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and professional experience. You will bridge the gap between our mechanics and our customers, translating service needs into actionable tasks.Key Responsibilities would include Greeting all visitors warmly and manage the check-in/check-out process for services.Scheduling: Manage the appointment diary, booking in service and repair work via phone, email, and in-person.Liaison: Act as the link between customers and mechanics providing clear updates on vehicle progress and explaining technical outcomes in simple terms.Invoicing: Prepare accurate invoices, explain repair costs to customers, and process payments.Service Advice: Advise customers on necessary maintenance and additional service options.Administration: Maintain up-to-date customer records and handle general office tasks.

Full training will be given

Excellent verbal and written skills with a professional telephone manner and the ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a busy environment

Candidate should be Competent using Microsoft Office and comfortable learning in-house booking and invoicing systems.

Previous experience in a similar service advisor or reception role is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
