Robbie’s is CLOSED Saturday 5th September.

Yes, you read that correctly. Robbie’s. Closed. On a Saturday.

Before anyone checks the calendar, no, it’s not Christmas. In fact, it’s still 111 days away 😂

Pretty sure the only Saturdays we’ve ever closed have been because Christmas has fallen on one, but we’re making an exception because Team Robbie’s is taking part in the Cambridge Dragon Boat Race raising money for Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust.

We’ll have the Robbie’s gazebo there with some chairs, so if any of our customers, friends or family fancy coming down to support us, you’re more than welcome.

If you can’t make it but would like to donate, we’ll put our fundraising link in the comments. Anything you can spare is massively appreciated.

We’ll be back open as normal Monday morning.

On Saturday 5th September, we’re taking on the Cambridge Dragon Boat Race to raise money for Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust

We’re not promising speed.
We’re not promising coordination.
And we’re definitely not promising to stay dry. 😂🌊

What we ARE promising is to give it everything we’ve got and raise as much money as possible for an amazing cause.

After an egg-hausting March…
we’re giving our team a well-earned break this Easter to spend time with family and eat their body weight in chocolate!

We will be CLOSED:
• Friday 3rd April
• Saturday 4th April
• Monday 6th April

Because after a month of non-stop graft, it’s only right they get a chance to crack open some Easter eggs & spend time with their family!

Don’t worry—we’ll be back, fully recharged and ready to shell out top service as always on Tuesday 7th.

After a bit of a shuffle around in the office today we’ve come across a pair of wireless headphones that must have been left behind at some point.

We’ve popped them on charge in the hope the owner might be able to track them. If they’re yours, please give the office a call or pop up to collect.

Due to our expanding diary and increase in workload, we are looking for a full-time Technician to join our busy workshop team. We are a large, well-established workshop with a great team environment and plenty of varied work.

The Role Includes:
Clutches
Cambelts
Diagnostics
General servicing and repairs
And much more

What We’re Looking For:
Experienced technician
Able to work well within a team
Good sense of humour (essential in our workshop!)
Positive, can-do attitude
Pride in quality workmanship

You’ll be working in our large, well-equipped workshop alongside a supportive team with a constant flow of work.

Full-time position

If you’re looking for a busy workshop, good team atmosphere, and a place where your skills are valued, we’d love to hear from you.

So it's almost over, 12th night isn't far away!

When taking down your Christmas decorations, or putting away ANYTHING Christmas related, please bear us in mind for items you won't be using again.

Whether you've decided you no longer like, will be changing your theme or colour scheme next year, or just fancy a change, we'd love to put unwanted items to good use.

We don't actually need them until November but thought if I post this now, you won't have to put them back in the loft!
