mot work and collection and drop off Black Cat Motorcycles is a mobile Mechanical service which is owned and run by a qualified motorcycle mechanic with many years of mechanic experience. Motorcycling has always been in my family, so it was only natural that i became a motorcyclist too.My Grandad and his James motorcycle to my parents with their Honda CB160, i grew up watching them maintain and ride their bikes.Passing my motorcycle test in 1991, ive pretty much rode a motorcycle everyday and not only in UK!. My mechanical ability developed from keeping my own motorbike running and safe to ride.The words of ' if you look after your motorcycle it will look after you' have always stuck in my mind. Over the years i went from doing minor work to full rebuilds.Not only working on my own bikes, bikes of friends but also servicing,repairing and rebuilding motorcycle training school bikes.

Another mechanic had previously sprnt some time trying to find out why after a sudden stop this Kawasaki Versys wouldnt start off the button.
After checking the sidestand switch that was party disconnected and a few other checks,it turned out to be the startbutton wiring was chewed up by the radiator fan

Well, i dont work on Harley Davidson motorcycles... but owners of these motorcycles, will have to travel alot further to the nearest H.D dealer.

We are sad to share the news that Sycamore Motorcycles has taken the very difficult decision to merge our Harley-Davidson businesses, with the closure of Wolverhampton in Chapel Ash on 30 September 2026.

Steve and the team would like to thank all our customers, new and old, for their support and business over the years.

Between now and the end of September, we continue to operate businessas normal. If you have a current order with Wolverhampton Harley-Davidson, we’re here for you until our last trading day, 30 September.

From 1 October, any outstanding orders will be handed over to our Sycamore Harley-Davidson Uppingham team, who are here to offer the same level of outstanding service as you have been accustomed to.

Wolfruna Chapter H.O.G.® will continue to run the full season of planned activities for 2026, and we look forward to fully supporting the chapter from Uppingham.
