Just finished replacing a rocker cover on a 2015 BMW 116d (3-cylinder engine). Leaky or cracked rocker covers are a known issue on these engines. Over time, they can cause oil leaks, burning smells, or even vacuum issues that affect how the car runs. We got this one stripped down, cleaned up, and fitted with a brand-new genuine rocker cover to keep the engine oil-tight and running smoothly. We also replaced the injector seals and injector bolts as they have to be removed when doing the cover

Vauxhall Insignia 2.0cdti came to us barely holding on. The driver noticed a slipping clutch, high revs, and a distinct burning smell and for good reason. See from the photos the clutch plate was worn right down to the rivets, leaving absolutely zero friction material left to grip. Because the job was pushed past its limit, the extreme heat severely grooved, heat-spotted, and ruined the flywheel as well.

The Fix: We stripped it all down and replaced the entire assembly with a quality brand-new clutch kit, slave cylinder and dual mass flywheel. The difference in pedal feel and power delivery is night and day.
If your manual car is struggling on hills, the engine revs up but your speed stays the same, or your biting point feels way too high, don't wait. 2019 Vauxhall Vivaro in today for clutch kit and flywheel replacement, complete quality LUK kit supplied and fitted by us, covered by a 12 month warranty, no more vibrations through the clutch pedal and rattling noises on idle and van back on the road and back to work for this company

Jaguar F-pace recovered to us with charging system faults, we found the bottom crank pulley rubber dampener had failed causing the outer ring of the pulley to separate, this causes disruption to the auxiliary belt drive making the alternator unable to charge the battery, we replaced with a new quality crank pulley and auxiliary belt and also replaced the front oil pump chain cover and front crank seal due to damage caused by the failed crank pulley, back on the road with no more charging faults for this customer
