⚠️ Another AdBlue fault sorted! ✅

This Peugeot 1.5 BlueHDi engine came to us with just 200 miles remaining before the dreaded no-start countdown kicked in.

Left untreated, the vehicle would soon have become nothing more than a paperweight, leaving the owner stranded and facing potentially expensive repair bills.

We applied the correct solution, cleared the fault and got the vehicle back on the road without the countdown hanging over it. 💪

🥵 Second removal of the day! 🛠️

This time we’re on a Peugeot Partner 1.6 HDi up in Sherburn.

The heat is definitely slowing us down on this one! ☀️ The customer thought we needed the van nice and hot before we arrived, so we’re working in 28-29°C temperatures with all the extra engine heat thrown in for good measure. Safe to say it’s a warm one! 😅

We can now tune vehicles fitted with the Bosch MD1CS004 ECU, including many 2020 onwards Skoda models.

These ECUs require a specialist mail-in hardware unlock, so the ECU is sent abroad before being returned to us for tuning. The whole process typically takes around 3 working days, and pricing is slightly higher than a standard Stage 1 remap due to the specialist unlock process.

📉 Watch the soot load drop as the DPF clean takes effect.

This Renault Master came in with over 80g of soot in the DPF and was stuck in limp mode, refusing to rev above 1,500rpm.

As the cleaning process progresses, you can see the soot level steadily reducing, restoring flow through the filter and allowing the vehicle to breathe properly again.

🚐 Renault Master 2.3 in today with severe performance issues and an EGR fault stored on diagnostics.

After carrying out further testing, it quickly became clear the EGR fault wasn’t the whole story. The DPF was heavily blocked with over 80g of soot and showing 45mb+ differential pressure at idle, causing the vehicle to enter limp mode and refuse to rev above 1,500rpm.

✅ EGR solution applied
✅ DPF chemically cleaned
✅ DPF pressure reduced from 45mb+ to just 5-6mb at idle
✅ Full rev range restored
✅ No warning lights present

This is a perfect example of why proper diagnostics matter. The fault code may point you in one direction, but finding the root cause is what gets vehicles back on the road properly.
