Mini Countryman 2011

Customer Report:
The battery has been getting low and only just starting but now the front windows wont go up, indicators don't work and alarm goes off lights stays always on.
They have had battery changed and left battery unconnected for 20 mins to try a reset but still has the issues.

Carried out diagnostic on the vehicle found no communication with the FRM module. Check all the powers and grounds can low and high all ok.

Remove Frm and connected on bench found software corrupted.
Repair software and recovery all the data on the Frm module. Get communication back and everything working again.
