Another often overlooked technique that nearly everyone thinks they can do. A tricky to perfect technique. Sounds simple, Balanced Throttle or maintenance Throttle. Just the point where the driven wheels are not accelerating or deceleration leaving 100% for cornering. Because of the delay in the car coming back in line most try more modulation. 2 cars I love. Yes I'm biased as I've won in lots of lotus and M3 however. Its always been a talking point with lotus for most of the elise based cars not running an L*D. Tuning a Diff to work in all conditions isn't easy. Lots mess their cars up adding a Limited Slip Differential. Admittedly the electronic ones are now rather good at adjusting on the fly. This M3 was just a tired differential so without it working just spins the inside rear. Yes this can be dialled out. Also a reason nearly all lotus elise don't have a rear anti roll bar. And pages of other reasons.

Interesting day with the Institute of Traffic Accident Investigators. I've worked with police before numerous times to help show what can still happen with traction control on. Real effect or tyre shine. How fast a supercar can be going after 2 overseer corrections etc. Today was to see the exact amounts of deformation at different speeds. Never seen the pedestrian one before. At 20 it didn't even come of its string. The technology has moved on including plug in after the crash. To see what really happened. For those of you with brake bias adjusters please don't just trust where the car builder put it. Check what happens when you are pressing hard. Same for these people putting different pad types front to back. Check whats actually happening during the whole temperature range of your pads.
