NEW SUPPORT: Volvo Drive-E with Denso VEA Gen 2 ECUs now available at EA Tuning Essentials! ⚡🚗

We can now remap Volvo Drive-E models fitted with the Denso VEA Gen 2 (Freescale SPC5777M) ECU, a platform that was locked down to tuners for years.

🚙 Applies to:
✅ Saloons & Estates: S60, S80, S90, V40, V60, V70, V90
✅ SUVs & Crossovers: XC40, XC60, XC70, XC90
⛽ Engines:
✅ Diesel: B4, B5, D2, D3, D4, D5
✅ Petrol & Hybrid: T2, T3, T4, T5, T6, T8 Twin Engine, B3, B4, B5, B6
🔧 ECU variants covered: ECM-EAA, EBA, HAA, DAA, DAB, DBA, GAA
⚠️ Please note: some newer Volvo ECUs use updated protection (VEA Gen 3) and can't be tuned yet. Message us your model, engine and year and we'll confirm whether your car is compatible before you book.
🛠️ Bench-mode work is available, which is the safest route on cars with a Secure Gateway (SGW).

🏁 ONE OF LEWIS’S ALL-TIME DREAM CARS 🏁

The 2004 Mercedes-Benz CLK DTM AMG was essentially a road-legal DTM car: a supercharged 5.4-litre V8 producing 582 bhp and 800 Nm, 0–62 mph in just 3.9 seconds and a top speed approaching 200 mph.

Only 100 coupés were built, making it one of the rarest and most outrageous AMGs ever created.

It’s also part of the inspiration behind Lewis’s bright orange Mercedes—the aggressive aero, pedestal rear wing and subtle DTM influence were never accidental!

It might not have the CLK DTM’s supercharged V8, but Lewis has still turned an ordinary C250 CDI into something completely individual—and substantially quicker than Mercedes intended.

🔧 STAGE 1 REMAP — BMW 118D M SPORT 🔧
This blue F20 118d came in for a Stage 1 remap, and the 2.0 diesel didn't hang about giving up its hidden potential.
Before: 143 BHP / 320 Nm
After: 190 BHP / 400 Nm
That's a solid +47 BHP and +80 Nm of torque — a huge transformation in drivability, especially where it counts most with a diesel: mid-range pull and overtaking punch.
Smoother, stronger, and more responsive, all without touching the internals. Just precision ECU tuning to get the most out of what BMW left on the table.

Another stunning white M2 through the workshop today, and this S55 twin-turbo straight-six didn't disappoint once we unlocked its potential.
Before: 410 BHP / 550 Nm
After: 500 BHP / 680 Nm
That's a massive +90 BHP and +130 Nm of torque, all from our Stage 1 remap — no hardware changes needed. Just pure ECU tuning to bring out what this M Power engine was always capable of.
The difference isn't just numbers on a screen either — it's felt in every gear, every overtake, every launch.

Another amazing car in for tuning a Porsche Macan 2.0T

The vehicle arrived with a RaceChip tuning box fitted, which we removed before carrying out a proper custom remap. After live data testing on the road, we calibrated the ECU via OBD using AutoTuner for smooth, reliable power delivery.
