Are you a confident communicator with fantastic attention to detail?

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our friendly, fast-paced team at our Škoda service centre in Motherwell.

What you’ll do:
- Liaise directly with customers to provide top-tier service
- Process invoices, paperwork, and customer details
- Maintain and update manufacturer databases

Skills & Experience:
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email packages
- A polite and warm telephone manner with strong communication skills
- An eye for detail and good numeracy skills
- Adaptability to varying tasks and a genuine willingness to learn
