Meet Craig, Depot Manager at our Washington Branch.

Craig has been with our company for 22 years and, over this time, has enjoyed the job security and says that even after all this time, the opportunity is always there to progress and take on new challenges. We are incredibly proud to have several long-serving employees at R&J Strang who have built up extensive tyre knowledge over their time with us.

We were extremely pleased to take part in the Lanarkshire 2023 truck and tractor Christmas light run on December 8th, which supports two special charities: Cash for Kids and The Glasgow Children's Hospital Charity.

The fundraising effort by all involved helped them to smash their £8K target and R&J Strang were pleased to contribute over £900. 8 of our vans joined the convoy to and it was great to see the effort put in by all to raise money for such great causes, and bring smiles to the people watching! 🧡

'Tis the season... to let you know our opening hours over the festive period! As usual, we'll be available to support you with 24/7 breakdowns, but please take note of our slightly different opening times:

⬆️ Northern Depots:
Open as usual Monday 18th - Friday 22nd (8am - 5.30pm) Saturday (8am - 12 noon)
Christmas day - Closed
Boxing Day - closed
Open as usual on the 27th, 28th, 29th and 30th (8am - 5.30pm) Saturday (8am - 12 noon)
We will be closed on the 1st and 2nd of January.

⬇️ Southern Depots:
Open as usual Monday 18th - Friday 22nd (8.30am - 5.30pm) Saturday (8.30am - 12.30)
Christmas day - Closed
Boxing Day - closed
Open as usual on the 27th, 28th, 29th and 30th (8.30am - 5.30pm) Saturday (8.30am - 12.30)
We will be closed on the 1st of January.

Our Nottingham depot operates slightly different opening hours of Monday - Friday 8am - 17.30 and Saturday 8am - 1pm
