*RENAULT/NISSAN/MERC K9K DCI INJECTORS*
This customer came to us with a lack of power issue, and after a diagnostic check there was a fault on at least 2 of the 4 fuel injectors which are common on these engines. Customer decided he wanted all 4 injectors replacing for piece of mind. We replaced the injectors with Brand new Genuine Renault units, all coded in and back to normal! Fuel cleaner and flush added to the fuel system and customer had his vehicle back running 100% better! If you are suffering power loss or any other symptom on your car, please get in touch to book a free health check!

Had this little beauty in today for the brakes replacing.

Fresh new front disc and pads and a good cleanup. New rear brake pads replaced.

The customer complained of a lack of braking performance so the brake fluid was also checked and found to be diluted. Fresh brake fluid replaced and full brake system bled up.

It is important to make sure your brake fluid is fully replenished at least every 20k miles, as the fluid degrades over time and will eventually cease to function. Checked engine levels while at it and cleaned engine bay.

Please don’t hesitate to get in touch to book in for a free brake check up, better to be safe than sorry!

🔧 Today’s Diagnostic & Repair 🔧

Customer came in with a lack of power on their BMW 520d.

Fault report pointed towards a swirl flap motor issue, so further investigation was needed. On strip-down we found the real cause — heavy carbon build-up inside the intake manifold, restricting airflow and preventing the swirl flaps from operating correctly.

✅ Intake manifold removed
✅ Severe carbon build-up confirmed
✅ Replacement fitted
✅ Power restored and fault resolved

This is a very common issue on modern diesel engines and a good example of why proper diagnosis matters — fixing the cause, not just the fault code.

If your diesel feels sluggish or down on power, carbon build-up could be the reason. Get in touch for diagnostics or advice.
