Vivaro B 1.6 biturbo in for investigations into exhaust fumes in the cab. Found the flap on the egr cooler to have failed allowing gasses to escape. New genuine parts fitted and service carried out and back on the road earning its keep

Another Transit fallen victim to the street pests. Seems to be a real issue down here! 🦊🐭 proofing carried out again. Wires repaired and rerouted adblue lines replaced, modules mounted on the plate within a box section and all wrapped in aluminium tape and spikey cable ties to keep the buggas away.

Theres no guarentee this will 100% deture all of our fury friends but it seems to be working so far 🤘

Few bits that have come through the doors last couple of months

Mk2 Golf - lots of welding
Mini - Wheel bearing, fix parking sensors, service
Fiat 500 - Amp drain. Found to be usb/aux port
Golf - Injectors and cam cover
Bmw - Pre mot check
Rav4 - Driveshaft
Transit - Rodent/fox damage to wiring. Wiring repaired and fox proofed (hopefully)
Bike frame - Rear hoop welded and blended in with seat mounts
Classic mini - Lots of welding (still ongoing)
MR2 2zz swap and turbo'd - Paddle clutch and tidy up ready for mapping session

Plenty of other bits inbetween but I often forget to take pictures 😅
