We’re hiring again and looking for a Workshop Manager (Hands-On) Profit Share + Growth Opportunity
Build and lead a workshop from the ground up.
We’re looking for a hands on Workshop Manager to set up and run our new onsite workshop as our used car dealership continues to grow.
This role will initially be working independently, with the opportunity to recruit and build your own team as the workshop expands.
Key Responsibilities
* Run day to day workshop operations
* Diagnostics, repairs, and vehicle prep (hands on)
* Set up processes, workflow, and standards
* Manage tools, stock, and organisation
* Recruit and lead technicians as the business grows
Requirements
* Strong technical background (senior technician level)
* Workshop/garage experience
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Leadership mindset with ambition to grow a team
