❗️❗️Mot tester/Mechanic ❗️❗️

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Vehicle Technician MOT tester/Mechanic to join our friendly, independent garage in Guildford.

We offer a competitive salary, with company closure between Christmas and New Year. We also have free onsite parking (and it’s only a five-minute walk to the town centre/train station).

The Technician/MOT tester will be responsible for;

Carrying out services on all makes and models of vehicles

Diagnosing and repairing all types of car faults

MOT testing daily

Assisting with the day-to-day running of the workshop

You will need to be;

A confident communicator both in person and on the phone

Have a good understanding of vehicle parts

Be adaptable due to the variations of the job

Have a proactive can-do approach

Be flexible towards working hours

Good at working in a team and independently

The hours are 8:30 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday, No Saturdays!!

If you like your day to be varied and enjoy working on all types of cars; from classic cars and sports cars to regular run-around, then APPLY NOW as this might be the perfect role for you.

You must have eligibility to work in the UK and a full valid UK Driving licence.
