We carry out more than 1000 brake tests a year! Was time to get our commercial roller brake tester rollers re-gritted. Took the opportunity to clean out the hole and change the oil on the gearboxes too. Ready for the next few thousand brake tests now!

Recent updates to our diagnostic kit allows us to replace components that previously only a main dealer could do, due the coding requirements. We now replace the component and coding is done remotely in Spain using OEM software charged to us as a set fee. Approx £200 depending on the component.

Customer bought a 2nd hand vehicle recently. We are doing a bit of work on the exhaust and found this today. Previous owner obviously thought drilling large holes in the diesel particulate filter was better than having it cleaned! 🤦‍♂️
