In modern cars optimal engine performance relies on good oil pressure. Regular oil changes are therefore essential so the oil doesn't get too thick and cause downstream issues.

An oil filter isn't meant to look like this. The customer admitted that they had never had their car serviced since they bought it. No wonder the car was sluggish & an engine light was showing.

We serviced the vehicle and it ran perfectly.
