Following further inspection, the insurance engineer agreed that the vehicle needs a panel replacement. The vehicle will be staying with CARS so we can return the customer to the road safely and correctly.

The cheapest repair isn’t always the right repair 😬

This customer was encouraged to use her insurer’s approved repairer after being told the alternative would cost more. In reality, the higher cost was due to the work needed to repair the vehicle safely and accurately.

Unfortunately, after choosing the cheaper route, the repair wasn’t completed to the standard required and she came back to us to put things right.
