Yesterday we learned of the sad passing of Steve after a very long illness.

Steve joined us at Flat Cap Racing a number of times as a Navigator on Road Rallies, and completed against us in the Sprinting Championship..

Steve is a great friend who will be massively missed.

Rest in peace my friend 🧡

The season has finally started with the first event of many happening tomorrow.
The Border Motor Club Classic Rally, with an entry of over 50 classic cars.

Will be Rory the red MG's first good run out and Sarah Smith first time in the navigator seat. Please wish her luck.

If you are local, You’ve got two chances to enjoy a classic car fix, either at the start at Elsham Hall from 090am , first car sets off at 1100 or the finish at the The Red Lion Inn - Redbourne mid afternoon,cars arrive back at the finish at approx 1430pm

After trying to run Beryl the Classic 1972 Mini in the 2019 season and being plagued with reliability problems which ment we didn't do as much as we would of liked, as with previous seasons.
We have decided to go back to running something a little newer and hopefully more reliable. A 2002 MINI JCW with very low mileage and loads of history.

We took her out at the end of last year for the Lincolnshire Sausage Rally and also had her on display at the NEC Classic car show where she got a lot of positive attention.

Achievement of the day.
Still waiting on the parts we broke on the way back from Bristol but today i have fitted the the part we did get from IMM.

LOOK I NOW HAVE A WORKING SPEEDO AND FUEL GAUGE... 😎👍😎

Hopefully Beryl will be ready for Cadwell Display on the 7th September.
