LA DEGENERAZIONE MACULARE SENILE è una malattia della parte centrale della retina che genera la perdita progressiva della visione centrale.
Ha un esordio generalmente a partire dai 50 anni con una frequenza sempre maggiore con l'avanzare dell'età e una più alta prevalenza nelle donne.
Esistono due forme di degenerazione maculare senile:
1- forma SECCA o atrofica
2-La forma UMIDA o essudativa
E' essenziale diagnosticare la malattia in tempi precoci per ritardare quanto più possibile l'evoluzione.
Se hai più di 50 anni effettua visite oculistiche periodiche, migliora il tuo regime alimentare, smetti di fumare, proteggiti dall'azione dannosa dei raggi solari.
La prognosi di questa malattia cambia solo a fronte di diagnosi e trattamenti precoci associati ad un adeguato stile di vita.

Da marzo sarà presente nel nostro centro una Dottoressa in ortottica.

L’ortottica è un ramo dell’ oculistica che si occupa della prevenzione e valutazione dei deficit muscolari e sensoriali che colpiscono l’apparato visivo e la loro riabilitazione.

- Fondamentale nei bambini come indagine preventiva, spesso le alterazioni motorie e sensitive non presentano sintomi evidenti (strabismo, ambliopia).
- Necessaria per migliorare la lettura in pazienti dislessici e con disturbi dell’apprendimento.
- Importante negli adulti con alterazioni del campo visivo, visione doppia, disturbi posturali e ipovisione.

Ferrari 348 introduced many innovations compared to previous model 328 (derived from 308).
First of all a steel boxed frame and a removable rear sub-frame to speed up the removal of the engine for maintenance.
Longitudinal rear-mid-engine with 5-speed manual gearbox (and with the first in low-left position).
With 300hps at 7.200 rpm, the naturally aspirated 3.4-liter version of the quad-cam, the four-valve-per-cylinder V8 engine was equipped with electronic injection and engine management systems.
The Design was perfectly balanced between Testarossa and 288 GTO.
It was really fast and difficult to drive for non-expert drivers, and for this reason, many hated this car.
But I love the car with character.
