⭐️ So this 997 came in as a bit of a “hospital job” having been elsewhere to have the stock port injected engine replaced with a 3.8 Direct Injection engine. To be fair it’s not easy thing to do requiring high levels of diagnostic and wiring/CAN capabilities, and experience with Syvecs ECU’s. The engine is now running and should be back on the road soon 👌

😞 Another “road mapping” failure. This Skyline came in for a power run/safety check after being mapped on the road elsewhere, prior to a track day at Brands Hatch. Turns out it was terrible with many basic errors and heavy detonation that would have resulted in an engine failure. We managed to get everything optimised and ended up with much more power and torque everywhere and the turbo spooling almost 1000rpm earlier. Can be filed under “false economy”.
