The owner of this Nissan GTR booked Carramphire for the weekend to fit an additional transmission cooler, change the fluid and the sump/filter. It was quite a big task as the transmission is in the rear of the car and the cooler was fitted at the front inside the bumper.

At Carramphire today we had our first ever hybrid car having its battery removed to change a faulty relay. The exhaust had to come off first and then the battery was lowered out using the transmission jack. The dealership had quoted over £2000 for 5.25 hours labour plus a brand new module. The customer knew how to replace the relay within the module so ordered the relay only. Plus a days hire at Carramphire and he saved himself a considerable amount of money doing it himself.

The owner was a certified and qualified engineer. Do not attempt this without the right training or equipment!

The owner of this Nissan mini van booked Carramphire for a day to fit lowering springs to his front suspension and lowering leaf springs to the rear suspension. He also did an engine oil change and fitted his summer wheels. The spring compressor and transmission jack made the work easy and he finished sooner than he expected. A very happy customer.
