Been a busy few weeks for us 🧰🧰🔧🔧🔩🔩⚙️⚙️🚗🚚
Investigate a water leak on a 12plate sprinter found it to be the coolant housing under the fuel filter🚚🚚

Mot and track rod ends on an Audi A4 as old ones had excessive play and dust covers were non existent

Investigated a fuel leak on a IVECO truck for one of our regular customers found to be coming from the filler neck breather, also replaced a fuel filter housing for the same customer on one of his rental vans 🚚🚚

Removed and replaced clutch master and slave cylinder on a Ford ranger as customer was struggling to get any gears ⚙️⚙️

Changed a clutch master and slave on a IVECO truck as old one had burst inside the vehicle ⚙️🚚

Removed and replaced 2 lower suspension arms on a 2015 Range Rover for one of our regular customer as ball joints were worn and both dust covers split

Carried out a timing belt and water pump replacement on a Citroen 1.6 HDI ⚙️⚙️

Couple of jobs on Friday rear spring and rear upper track control arm on an Audi A3 after someone crashed into the O/S/R quarter
Rear trailing arm bushes on a mk5 golf due to knocking noise from the rear found both bushes to have had it removed and replaced with some Polyurethane Flo-flex bushes as they last longer than standard ones

Nice little recovery on Saturday morning
We collected this lovely Mercedes C220 from aylesford pound after it was stolen and delivered it back to the customers house in ebsfleet, awaiting replacement panels and dash board

Rear pads, calliper, check over and mot on a 7.5 ton IVECO euro cargo
Investigate an air leak on a 7.5 ton Daf horsebox, found to be the check point on the air tank to have fault stopping the vehicle from building any air pressure
N/S/F wheel bearing on a Nissan navara replaced due to failure, got the vehicle back on the road ready for the customer to take there horse out over the bank holiday

Alternator refitted on this lovely Mercedes C220 today after having a complete overhaul, due to a battery warning light ...

Alternator refitted on this lovely Mercedes C220 today after having a complete overhaul, due to a battery warning light on the dash and not charging, also we replaced original drive belt with a brand new one, checked the alternator was working correctly, a healthy 14.4volts at the battery

Busy Saturday for us
3 x services for a new customer in west Malling
Oil change on the Relay and IVECO tipper
The movano was a lot more involved oil filter change, brakes all the way round, clutch master cylinder

Here’s a couple of scrap vehicles we ran in the other day

Also at the moment we’re buying scrap cars for a minimum of £250 dead or Alive, logbooks needed vehicles must be complete, all paper work sorted out

Here’s the Audi A3 from the other day
Today we pulled the old engine out swapped over all ancillary parts fitted a new 3 piece clutch kit and dual mass flywheel, timing belt kit and water pump and gave the new engine a fresh oil and filter ready for the road ahead
