Lotus Elan Wheel Restoration Complete🛞

A recent set of classic Lotus Elan wheels that came through the workshop for a full refurbishment.

These wheels were completely transformed within a couple of days going through our powder coating process:

✅ Full strip down
✅ Acid dip
✅ Shot blasting
✅ Buckle repair carried out
✅ Powder coated to a high quality finish
✅ Tyres refitted
✅ Wheels balanced

The end result is a set of wheels that not only look fantastic but are structurally sound and ready for many more years on the road 👌

Classic wheels like these deserve the extra care and attention, and we’re really pleased with how they turned out.

Today we completed these stunning M140i wheels in satin bronze with a gloss lacquer🛞

Acid dipped, shotblasted and powdercoated and then tyres back on and all balanced up.👌🏻

And the customer decided to have a set of retro/bevel plates just to finish it all off!😍
