Due to staffing challenges, StopCar Garage is temporarily suspending workshop operations until further notice.

This decision has not been made lightly, but we believe it is the best way to ensure that we continue to provide the high standard of service our customers deserve when we reopen.

Not every customer who contacts us ends up booking in... and that's okay.

Today I spent around 20 minutes on the phone helping a lady who had already tried a few other garages but they were simply too busy to help.

She was having a strange issue with her campervan – the alarm was randomly going off at 2am and 4am, and it was becoming difficult to start.

We talked through everything step by step, ruled out a few possibilities, and worked out it was most likely caused by a weak battery.

She didn't spend a penny with us today, but hopefully she'll get a good night's sleep tonight!

We believe taking a little time to help someone is just as important as carrying out the repair itself. If we can save you time, money or unnecessary stress, we will.
