One of the bigger jobs we’ve completed is a wet belt replacement on a Ford Ranger. The photo shows the old belt splitting apart, a clear reminder of why it’s so important not to ignore manufacturer service intervals.

Another issue you get with your wetbelt engines… rubber debris in the engine oil pick up pipe…! 🚗

This unfortunately is an inevitable result of wear on your wetbelt, 90% of the time resulting in the engine oil pressure warning on your dashboard… which could end up in a costly repair bill and further engine damage…
