Finally making progress on the bass wagon in the spare few hours we have each week!

New lithium bank was test fitted yesterday+ the amplifiers have returned from a full refurbishment , just about got the system running last night.

Stay tuned for some demos this week 😎 and hopefully we shall be competing in Proper Droppers this year!

Had the incredible privilege of working on this already pristine 1966 Mustang. Initially brought to us for a radio fitting but then we were entrusted to bring the owners vision for this car to life.

We have so far:

Fitted a custom vintage style radio with modern functionality (Bluetooth RCA output etc)
New central console where the car did not come with one
New glove box
New grills and badges
Repaired the rear main seal
Full service
New master cylinder
Adjustable choke (carb did not come with an adjustable choke)
New led cluster
Electronic auto aerial
New uprated alternator
GPS tracker
Full boot + bonnet sound deadening
Full boot floor rebuilt and carpeted
And last but not least a full wrap including all seals and shuts + decals and stripes to bring the car back to its original colour

The next mission is to deadening the interior and fit a sound system

Cheeky update on a personal project of mine.

Finally found the time to make up a box for my 2 18" FI Audio Neo 4.11's on 2 bands 9k RMS amplifiers. Tuned to 31hz aiming for a reasonably flat response .

All snuggly fitted within the boot of my W211 mercedes wagon.

I'm sure other bassheads will understand big bass is definitely a labour of love , especially when the whole system weighs in excess of 150kg 🤣

So that's probably why it's taken me so long to get this one done.

But theya re finally in and playing! Stay tuned for videos to follow.
