We’re launching a full car, van and commercial vehicle workshop — servicing, maintenance and PMI checks, all under one roof, done properly by people who know what a limping clutch sounds like.

Whether it’s your daily runaround or a van that needs to earn its keep five days a week, we’ll keep it on the road instead of on the back of one of our trucks.

Well, this summer heat has had us all doing the sweaty shuffle ☀️🚚

We were hoping for a bit of rain tomorrow, but the weather’s clearly not got the memo. Even the trucks are looking like they’re about to start a raindance!

If you’re heading out, pop plenty of water in the car, and if you can, keep it in a coolbox just in case you need a breakdown top-up. A bit of prep now can save a proper faff later.

The A3 in Hampshire was down to one lane this morning after the hot weather caused some melting, and we wouldn’t be surprised if the road decides to throw another wobble or two.

Blimey, it’s hot enough out there to melt a tow truck 😅🚛

Our STR drivers are doing their best to keep cool, but between emergency recovery calls and vehicle transport runs across the South Coast, they’re looking a bit like they’ve been parked in the oven on full blast.

So if you spot one of the team today, do them a favour and offer a cold drink… or a choc ice if you’re feeling especially kind. They’ll appreciate it more than you know 🍦

💷 A fleet truck can go from “all good” to “oh no” faster than a seagull nicking chips on the seafront.

A PMI check spots brake wear, leaks, tyre troubles and suspension gremlins before they turn into a recovery job and an awkward chat with your customer.

The inspection is the cheap bit. The breakdown is the pricey bit. Best get it checked before the truck starts making its own little drama, eh? 🔧
