Yes, I am very much still in business...
Here are a few pics of the latest little project..
PFL halogens.. Will have rgb led rings. I didn't like the rings as they came so decided to spend way to long masking and painting, black looks so much better. They'll also have new TYC clear indicator lenses (pfl m5 style), new adjusters and a darn good clean..
They do not have a buyer at the moment... if you fancy them drop me a message.

Tie wraps
Self tappers
Phase tape
String
Wire....
But this beats them all.. more hot glue anyone?

3 hours just to cut one lens off.... 😳This is why I hate permaseal.OEM ambers though, so worth the effort.

For those of you out there that do your own EvoX-R bi-xenon conversions or those that wonder... This what I do to the ones I get to enable them to comply with UK specifications
Changing them from LHD to RHD...
These are the only ones I've found that have the correct mounting stud/stand off pattern that can be fitted directly to e39 fl headlight units but they still need shorter stand offs..

Latest batch of adjusters are here and I picked up a nice early set of donors

I'm very impressed with the quality and the lack of the usual aftermarket blurb plastered all over the outer lenses.

Since OEM hella ones are no longer available in the UK and are silly prices from anywhere else these do make a very very acceptable replacement..

They come with new seals and mounting brackets as well..

Defacelift your facelift if you like..

Internal lenses can be swapped to fit oem projector or xenon versions as well.. bonus 😁

The second picture shows how the reflective surface has been "cooked" off in this case... badly...
Be aware that your dipped beam mainly uses the top half of the reflector..
