Due to recent defamatory posts that have came to our attention, we believe now is a good time to reiterate our returns policy.
CUSTOMER NOTICE -
JULY 2022
Custom built headlights are non-transferable and non refundable, however if you happen to come across any issues or have any concerns, we will do our best to resolve these through ourselves and our suppliers. All bookings are subject to a non refundable deposit (amount differs between builds) for booking and securing parts. The remaining balance is to be cleared as soon as we complete the headlights unless otherwise discussed. Headlights remain unsent until the balance is settled. Lead times are an estimate and booking slots are approximate times of when we will be able to begin your lights. This may change due to various circumstances and the nature of our waiting list.
We assume, like any modification, that our custom lights are for show use and/or off road use. We do not take responsibility for any incidents that occur as the the lights are built to the requirements of the customer. The parts are not made by Ecosse Lighting, they are supplied from an external company. The terms of the warranty are down to the company’s discretion, not that of Ecosse Lighting. Any lamps sourced by us will be secondhand OEM units unless specified otherwise and confirmation has been given that they’re brand new units.
All quotes given are based on the lights being supplied by the customer and do not include delivery, delivery prices will be quoted at the time of completion. If for whatever reason your build needs to be returned, whether that is for a warranty claim or damage during transit, the customer is responsible for postage. We will always do our upmost to ensure the lights are correctly and safely packaged before transit, however Ecosse Lighting does not take responsibility for any damages caused in transit/courier. To ensure optimum protection for your build, insurance is required for the return journey after the build is complete - allowing for any damage repairs.
