🔧 Out with the old, in with the new!

Today I removed the old motor mover from this caravan. It had definitely reached the end of its working life and was no longer doing the job.

So, it’s been replaced with a brand-new Powrtouch Freedom motor mover — fitted and ready to go! 💪✨

A great upgrade and a big improvement from the old setup.

Another successful motorhome repair completed! 👍

This older motorhome had two rooflights that had become badly perished, cracked and were leaking water into the vehicle.

We removed the old units and installed two brand-new Dometic Heki skylights, giving the roof a fresh new look, improving natural light inside, and most importantly stopping the leaks.

If your motorhome or caravan has cracked, faded or leaking skylights, feel free to get in touch for advice or a quote.

Another happy caravan back on the road!

This lovely little Lunar came in with a loud knocking and banging noise while towing — never something to ignore. After inspection, we found it needed a new damper, and the hitch was also worn and due for replacement.

All sorted and now towing smoothly and safely again 👌

If your caravan is making a hammering or knocking noise when pulling away or braking, don’t leave it to chance. It’s usually a sign something isn’t quite right and needs attention.

Big job completed this week on a lovely Bessacarr motorhome 👌

The front top roof window had suffered a large crack over the winter weather, and the rear bathroom window was also damaged — both fully replaced and sealed to a high standard.

Not the easiest job, but a really satisfying one to finish. Everything now watertight, secure, and looking as good as new.

Most importantly, one very happy customer 👍
