🔧 A Great Example of Why Regular Servicing Matters! 🔧

A recent Jeep service carried out at CJL Mechanical Services Ltd — and just look at the difference between the old air filter and the new one! 😳

The old filter was absolutely packed with dirt, dust, leaves and debris. A clogged air filter can restrict airflow to the engine, potentially affecting performance, fuel economy and overall efficiency.

Regular servicing isn’t just about changing the oil. It gives us the opportunity to check filters, fluids, brakes and other key components, helping spot problems early and keeping your vehicle running as it should. 🚗🔧

Is your vehicle due a service? Get it booked in.

🔧 DPF REMOVED & STRAIGHT ONTO OUR NEW MACHINE! 💨

Another DPF removed and put straight through our new off-vehicle DPF cleaning machine here at CJL Mechanical Services Ltd.

A blocked DPF doesn’t always mean an expensive replacement. With our new equipment, we can now offer a professional off-vehicle DPF cleaning service, helping remove heavy soot and ash build-up and restore flow through the filter.

We can take care of the full job from diagnosis and removal through to cleaning and refitting, or simply clean a DPF that’s already been removed.

🚗💨 NEW SERVICE — PROFESSIONAL DPF CLEANING 💨🚗

We’ve just invested in our own professional off-vehicle DPF cleaning equipment, allowing us to offer a comprehensive DPF cleaning service in-house at CJL Mechanical Services Ltd.

Having DPF problems?

🔧 DPF warning light
🔧 Loss of power / limp mode
🔧 DPF blocked or overloaded fault codes
🔧 High exhaust back pressure
🔧 Frequent or failed regenerations
🔧 Poor performance

Rather than repeatedly carrying out forced regenerations — or replacing an expensive DPF unnecessarily — we can remove the DPF and professionally clean it off the vehicle, helping restore exhaust flow and remove accumulated soot and contamination.

✅ Professional off-vehicle DPF cleaning
✅ DPF diagnostics & fault finding
✅ Before & after pressure/flow checks
✅ Removal & refitting available
✅ Cars & light commercial vehicles
✅ Trade enquiries welcome

💷 Professional cleaning could save hundreds compared with DPF replacement.
