We are a 10 minute walk to the train station, taxi service or bus stop, with a train to Manchester every 30 minutes and we also have courtesy car's for your convenience (£15 a day). You can also visit the wide variety of local shops and cafés close by or take a walk around the peak district. Saabtec was opened in 1999 by Richard Elliott after working with Saab's since 1971, including at Manchester Saab as Aftersales Manager. In 2019, Lauren, a technician who trained and worked at Saabtec since 2010, took over the business from Richard when he retired. We have 4 highly trained, professional technicians who hold a wide variety of qualifications from Level 3 IMI accreditation to Degrees and Masters Degrees in vehicle diagnostics and electrical fault tracing.
