With years of experience behind him, Andy brings a calm, methodical approach to every job and takes real pride in delivering work to the highest standard. Whether it's routine servicing or diagnosing more complex faults, your BMW or MINI is in safe hands.

Outside of work, you'll usually find him in the gym. As for the platinum blonde hair... We're still investigating whether he's secretly auditioning for a Justin Timberlake tribute act or if he is, The Real Slim Shady 😄

Meet Billy, the best-looking member of the GIBMS team. 🐾

Billy is a rescue French Bulldog and, although he can be a nervous wee guy around new faces, he is very much part of the family here at the garage.

His day-to-day responsibilities include supervising the team, keeping morale high and reminding everyone that none of them stand a chance against him in the looks department.

Meet Janet 👋

Janet joined the team to take care of our front desk, customer service and all things admin, as well as managing our accounts and payments.

Bringing Janet on board is one of the best decisions we've made. She's a true people person who genuinely cares about helping everyone who walks through the door, and our customers absolutely love her.

Around the workshop, Janet is known as the "Garage Mum." Whether she's organising birthdays, lending an ear when someone needs to talk, or making sure the team is looked after, she's always there with a smile and a helping hand.

The Scottish Festival of Motoring returned this yesterday, so we thought it was the perfect time to look back at our visit last year! 🏁

Joni and the Glasgow Independent BMW & MINI Specialists team had a brilliant day at the Royal Highland Centre, catching up with existing customers, meeting plenty of new faces and enjoying everything the show had to offer.

Events like this are a great reminder that the automotive community is about much more than the cars. It is about the people, the conversations and the shared passion that brings everyone together.
