An Australian client has cancelled his place on an upcoming tour because of flight difficulties, so, I must either fill the place or cancel his room and bike. He has reserved a BMW F800GS.

As he will lose his deposit either way the cost to to anyone willing to take his place is €3575. I think the balance for F800GS is €1540. I'll need to double check.
Remember to add flights to your calculation.

Due to unexpected travel disruptions affecting some long‑haul flights from Australia and New Zealand, a number of our riders have sadly had to cancel their upcoming motorcycle tours with us. Their insurance providers no longer cover routes involving stopovers in the Middle East, leaving several places suddenly available on our spring and early‑summer tours.
While the situation is beyond anyone’s control, the cancelled places on tours here in the North of England, Scotland, and the Alps remain unaffected and fully operational, so we are now offering significant discounts to fill these newly opened places.
