MORE FROM THE MICRA!!!

Outer welded, blended and primed but the panel warped due to a small amount of over confidence when welding and putting heat in to the panel

Should be able to fix the warpage with some filler but would have been more favourable if I didn't bend it in the first place

Made a start with getting these rear inner and outer sill holes prepped and welded

Quite a large amount of material needed removed as it was very soft and right on the seat belt mounting point which is the main reason for it needing repaired

Inner is welded on and rust inhibiting primer applied so next will be getting the outer welded on and primed ready for some paint when we're finished

Still need to rebuild the floor section for the sill to attach to at the bottom but needed the sill on to work out where the plate needs to meet

Not something I like to do all that often cause bodywork isn't exactly my strong point but project micra is where we learning to blend it all properly. Hopefully I can get the rest looking this good without the need for filler but sometimes the heat causes panel warping if you're not careful
