A quick update for our customers.

We’re working with a smaller team than usual over the next couple of weeks due to staff training, media commitments and annual leave.

We’re still open and here to help, but replies to emails and social messages may take a little longer, and we may not be able to answer every call straight away. If you’re waiting to hear from us, thanks for bearing with us while the team works through your enquiries.

We also have some good news to share. Two new members of staff will be joining Ecotune over the coming weeks, and we’re excited to welcome them to the team!

As they settle in, the extra support will help us respond more quickly, reduce waiting times and give us more time to speak with you, answer questions and keep you updated on your bookings and orders.

400BHP & MOT Compliant? YES.

This S1 is a great example of what can be achieved on the EA888.3 platform with the right hardware and calibration working together.

It's really simple.....
- PowerMax Stage 1 Turbo + inlet hose
- Uprated clutch
- NGK spark plugs
- Factory intercooler retained
- Factory catalytic converter retained
- Factory airbox retained
- Ecotune Reflex ECU Software*
The result? 400HP+ and close to a 100HP increase, while keeping much of the original hardware in place. 📈

This setup gives the car a lot more than just extra power. With map switching, the driver can choose different power levels depending on how they want to use the car, from a calmer setting for normal driving to full power when it’s time to have some fun.

It also benefits from boost by gear, which helps put the power down better through the gears, especially on higher-powered front wheel drive and MQB cars.

For the right builds, Reflex can also support flex fuel, allowing the car to run on different fuel blends including E85 when the correct hardware is fitted.

On top of that, Reflex adds extra safety strategies to help protect the car around fuel quality, fuel pressure and oil temperature.

One of the most common questions we get from MQB owners is: “What can I do to improve the brakes without going to a massive big brake kit!!?"

For a lot of tuned road cars, that’s exactly the right question.

If you’ve increased the power of your Golf R, S3, Cupra, Octavia vRS or other MQB-platform car, you don’t necessarily need an oversized 6- or 8-piston setup (depending on its use)

What many owners actually want is a meaningful upgrade over the standard brakes that suits a powerful road or fast-road car.

This is a busy, fast-moving role where telephone support, multitasking and clear customer communication are absolutely key.

You’ll need to be:
- Confident and professional on the phone
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple enquiries at once
- Experienced in customer service and sales
- Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook and TikTok for messages, stories, posts, reels and short-form content
- Genuinely interested in performance cars

Photo/video editing experience would be a strong advantage.
