Today’s ADIs on our Coaching and ADI/PDI Development Course were Peter Kelly and John Eadie.

Another excellent day of training, with like-minded professionals sharing experiences, exchanging ideas and learning from one another.

For me, that’s what good training should be about. Creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable contributing, questioning, discussing and developing, while enjoying the day at the same time.

Every day is a school day, but there’s no reason it can’t be a fun day too.

Many many congratulations to Amy Phillips on passing her driving test this afternoon at Paisley test centre, on her first attempt, the third in her family in as many months 😅 I’m going to miss driving up that single track road in the middle of nowhere to the farm for three lovely kids 😢 Well done Amy, have fun out there, but most of all, be safe!

A great day of professional development with Jason Agnew & Nicola Raeburn at Old Course Ranfurly Golf Club, sharing ideas, experiences and looking at how effective coaching can improve the way we work with our pupils.

Always good to keep learning, challenge our own thinking and take new ideas back into the car.

Good coaches never stop developing themselves. 🚗💭

Another first time pass this morning and second one in the family in the past month with one still to go next month. Robert Phillips becomes a full licence holder after passing his test at Paisley test centre this morning with 6 minor driver errors. Well done Bob on passing first attempt. Have many years of fun driving, but most of all, be safe out there! 🥳🍾👏🏻
