Mitchell is the newest member of the team. He started working Saturdays and school holidays and is now undertaking a four-year college apprenticeship. He’s doing very well and shows a real eagerness to learn.

Outside of work, Mitchell is a member of the Army Cadets and enjoys weekends away and going to the gym.
