Called out to diagnose a Transit van for a garage in kilsyth with lack of power and rough running issues, diagnosed blocked dpf, egr fault, and all 4 injectors mis fuelling, dpf back pressure
6 psi at 2.5 k revs, 50 mbar at idle, carried out full flush bringing back pressure to 10 mbar, cleaned egr valve garage changed injectors. Van now running as new.

Fantastic job from frank today got him out to look at my wee car Done a full diagnostics on it told me exactly what was wrong with my car and told me obviously the next steps and repairing my vehicle no more costly mechanic bills as Frank told me exactly what I had to do next Would highly recommend DPF cleaning And such a friendly service

Carried out some work on this Ford Ranger, diagnostic scan, dpf flush and regen, dpf pressure was showing 58 mbar at idle, after flush and forced regen pressure reduced to 10 mbar. The scan showed issues with glow plugs and exhaust temperature sensors, bank 1 sensor 1 , causing a faire to regen while driving , also picked up a slight leak at exhaust fl**ge, vehicle is booked into the garage tommorow to repair issues.

This is the second works van frank has been out at the van wouldn’t go into regen ! He diagnosed a faulty sensor which has now been replaced ! The van is now running like a new van ! Perfect service every time ! Sorry frank but you are now my go to guy for any faults on the vehicles.
