After three years of hard work, dedication, and perseverance, Jack has reached a well-deserved milestone.

North Lanarkshire Council has taken delivery of a number of new Volvo trucks. 🚛

The order includes:

✅ 4 x Volvo FMX 8x4 hookloaders, fitted with Hiab UK hook equipment.
✅ 3 x Volvo FL 250 sweepers, equipped with Schmidt Street King sweeper bodies.

The FMX hookloaders have been specified on a high chassis and come factory-fitted with light bars and strobe lights, with PDI completed at our Edinburgh depot.

The FL sweepers are 16-tonne vehicles powered by a 250 hp engine and manual gearbox, with PDI carried out at our Glasgow West depot.

All vehicles are fitted with Brigade Camera Systems. 🤝

🔧 Jack Macpherson (Ayr) – "I'm looking forward to furthering my knowledge, understanding the industry and gaining useful skills for the future."

🔧 Amy Stafford (Edinburgh) – "I'm excited to commit myself to a new career and achieve my lifelong goal."

🔧 McKenzie Edwards (Perth) – "I'm most looking forward to learning about trucks, working for what seems to be a great company, and taking on the challenges to come."

🔧 Kayla Donnelly (Glasgow East) – "I'm most looking forward to picking up new skills and developing my knowledge."

Handed over by Transport Solutions Executive Jordan Stokes, the trucks were prepared to a high spec.

All extra lights, catwalk, and firebox were completed in-house by our team. 🛠️

They will be maintained in top condition on Volvo Gold Contracts. 🏆
