Another cute little lightweight. Can anyone guess what its in for? Yep not charging, among other things.
For a change the problem was the magnet had lost its power.
Charging fine now with a replacement , now to attack that non funtioning cable operated disc brake.

I think i might possibly have found the reason the Harley isnt charging!

Had a few nice smaller bikes in to work on over the last few weeks.
Ariel arrow for complete engine rebuild. Tiger cub's clutch had eaten its way out of the primary cover. The bantam just didnt want to start so had a full ignition overhaul.

Andy's 350 AJS on the ramp being worked on. New stator and battery fitted. Switch connectors replaced and various wiring problems sorted out. Now charging like a bull elephant and all the lights work correctly.

The brakes were a bit noisy and not stopping the bike too well.

If you don't have the correct bulb ,get a bit of tin and some solder and make your own!
